Some random snaps as I gazed longingly at it this morning while having a coffee.

Beautiful job. I see you haven’t filled the lift a dot holes and I’m wondering what to do myself here. I see you can buy repro tonneau covers fairly cheap on eBay complete with new studs, but will the holes match up between car and cover?

I still have the original Tonneau so Ive had a copy made of it and bought some stainless studs with bolts and nuts to go on for a new look but will keep the original wrapped up for posterity - I think they usually make the cover then put the push loops on when they fit up as they can mark out the hole positions - I wouldn't trust the bay ones to be accurate to your car as they were an accessory so probably different to each car.
I could send you my original for a lend perhaps?

Yes Blacky - Thanks to Russell who had a great condition set.
If it looks too much iI'll just have to respray the dash facia up higher.

Thanks Ric - It's all pretty much done now except the put back together part - paint looks awesome and all finished apart from a final wetland and polish - interior ready to go in - hopefully it goes a bit quicker from here.
