Thanks to young Grace for the hubcaps too. Painting weather today. Doors are getting surfaced.

have done a few of those now for various club members , you wouldn't muck around making the bits yourself for what he charges

Doors are ready for 600 rub and colour. Thought it would be too humid as there are thunder storms lurking. But was under sixty so I'm doing the head trim and seatbelt top covers in the factory grey. I reckon it works best with the repro lining and original theme.

Thanks Mr Wally. Trial fitting the floor mat. Accelerator pedal is tricky. I'm wondering if I need to take it out. Otherwise it's an excellent fit.

Clay
Seat belt fitting and inner door trim pieces look very tidy. It is certainly coming together and no doubt would rewarding fitting off the various pieces.

Stephen

Cheers Stephen look forward to cruising with you and the kids soon.
Ah ha moment number 57. Should have blacked this bit before I put the horsehair and cardboard insulator in. In fact the sequence should be black bits, install mat followed by insulator followed by hand brake lever but I wanted the hand brake working so in it went.
Kick panels are yet to be painted Mitsubishi Bahama blue to match the seat sides.

Hi Clay, are you saying that firewall piece should be painted black as a personal preference ? Pretty sure on my cars its body colour. Can see why black would blend in better though
