it out all the way.

you've obviously got some fantastic support from your family behind you there cobber, so your already half way there.

best of luck fella and I sincerely wish you every success.

Mike, My cars to me are like paintings on the wall. The images don't need to change for me to keep appreciating them.

Regardless of what has been said by anyone in this thread one bloke has been inspired/encouraged/motivated to get off his bum, stop whinging and take a crack.

It don't matter how it was done, and the end result, the outcome was a positive one.

I don't give a toss who spent what on which car. I am sure Steve's Cropper Creek? car is an absolute stunner, and Ratbox, your builds would be a heap of fun, but do not loose sight of why we are here. We all like these cars, maybe not in the same state or guise, but we all like FB and EK Holdens.

Some of us also enjoy playing devil's advocate as it makes people confront their own opinions. It also requires them to eventually "bite the bullet" and have a crack if they don't like the feedback they are getting.

Just settle down guys and let's see how this build progresses, because if nothing else I get to eat the first slice of humble pie.

Big Turd...over and out!

I agree, there are far more important things in life to get stressed over. I also dont see why big bird should be the only lucky bugger to get to eat pie! How about we organise an 'eat pie' cruise once kiids car is done, hopefully my ute should be regoed by then and it would be a good excuse to go to Bendigo. :)

There is a Beechworth Bakery in Bendigo, and I believe Gillies Pies are based there as well?

Although I don't think either of them offer "humble" on their regular menu. Kiid will just have to make one on his own and serve it up on a great big platter.

No humble pie for me .... Im realy enjoying watching you overcome the hurdles on this one , all trial and not much out there that anything can be copied off , Never been done on an EK FB.

The rear proportions are growing on me , and Im absoloutely hanging by a thread to see the front wheel under there ,

And I sure dont see how anyone believes giving someone headaches instead of helping them can be a good thing. but Im glad it didnt stop the progress ..
