So why I wait for my VE Commodore boot hinges ( will be repurposed into bonnet hinges) to arrive I thought I would slice and dice the bonnet catch to see if I can use the original set up. Luckily it appears that it will fit past the new radiator.

I had to slice and dice the lower bonnet catch on the wagon too. No room for a normal fan between the SBC and radiator, so had to run thermofans on the "push" side of the radiator. Cut a fair amount of the bonnet catch to get two Davies Craig fans in.
