Just c locked two hundred mile on stewarts new engine. Its running great but the rear main started leaking a little again. A little is leaking out of the gearbox extension housing even though I replaced that seal as well. My next door neighbour replaced his one on his car as well. Its leaking too.
I think all the newers replacement stuff is just chinese rubbish now. Give me nos anyday.
See you guys tomorrow.

Rumor has it that the ghost of "Ralph the bong" is up here....
I'm a bit of a railway tragic - some of my contacts tell me that "Ralph" had a bit of a history in the underground in Sydney.... a particular liking to posting personal claims on his whereabouts.....
I'm sort of intrigued that we have another "partner in crime" to Ralph - here in Cowra - and has for a long time now taken the "tag" as his own.... that being of the previous R t Bong association..... B W'ke
Rumor also has it that this is one of our Qld members who is very adapt at drawing on napkins...... some of his efforts suggest he has a tendency to favor early "Yank Tanks"....
any takers...?
I have witnessed by my own very eyes such amazing drawings.... but never had joined the tag name to that of the artist.....
So, Brian? - are you in a position to declare to all and sundry the origin of your forum name.. of if you wish this to be constrained to PM...?
frats,
Rosco

by Brian Westlake
A friend of mine googled Brian Westlake a while ago and it came up as the name of a crocodile that once lived at Taronga Park Zoo in Sydney that seemed to have been sponsored by someone. Peter (SpaceAce) asked the question back in the early 70s, "Who in Hell is Brian Westlake??" his name is scrawled all over the Suburban Trains!

What's that white object in front of the rear view mirror ?
I take it that it is some sort of NASCO item ???
You guys must be having a good time outwest I hope - better than being on shift in a fire station all weekend !
Safe trip home to all of you, and may all the fibre timing gears stay intact !!!

Just got home from a great get together. Stewarts car didnt miss a beat all the way there and back. Not bad considering the engine was in a million bits last Saturday.
I even managed to get a lap of mt panorama in. Sorry for taking ten thousand ks off the life of the tyres Stew.
