Alright, bit more blah blah on the belts. Seatbelt solutions in Perth will use the original buckles to make certified retractables, supply hardware, including floor mount L brackets. Prolly no change out of six bills with the freight. This includes centre lap. I may think about centre lap stash down the track. It’s doable in a ute but worth the effort?

My buckles are in good condition but if needed they send them to A Class Metal Finishers in Adelaide for refinish, so you want to be starting with good buckles to be in the budget.

Do the centre belt whilst you are there. Once it's registered, every man and his dog will want to ride along.

(the dog goes in the back, but the centre belt is handy for the man)

Cheers,
Harv

go for it - a set from Neil for the ute was over 500$ and the buckles are the plastic finish ones - no where near as nice as the HK ones you have - jelly much.
Centre sash is 9/10's of useless but as Harv says it only takes one trip to need it. I fitted mine and just clip them together and push them down into the seat join so they dont get in the way.

I am hoping this will tickle the rego boys. And I was wondering what to do with the Chevrolet orange engine enamel I bought on a Supercheap credit binge couple years ago. I don't mind a bit of orange contrast in the cabin, along with the silver and blues.Image

Some wear and tear from you fingers will soon make the details on the lions come back out.

Just remembered how damn hot those buckles used to get in the sun. Millennials wouldn't understand what a good seatbelt buckle scorching felt like  Hot vinyl seat, hot steering wheel, hot seatbelt buckle...

Cheers,
Harv
