Thanks Gary, very grateful for your help and generosity mate.

I have some, but they are the wrong size for our "round" old holden globes, and are sized for more rectangular globes.

If you don't want to pay ridiculous money you can always go to Dick Smith Electronics and pick up LED's and diodes.
I don't have much money to throw around so i had a close look at the bags on the abovementioned work guid at oldholden.com, and found that i needed 430ohm resistors and 3.2-3.4V LED's (any colour you want) i think it said 3500-4500mcd whatever that means.
Only reason i didn't attempt this myself is i couldn't find the little fittings to mount them in-but i WILL do it. I imagine it'd improve guage visibility heaps...and look 8)

Kick starting an old topic again, although i mentioned the alternative above to buying the kits, i can't find the little fittings that the LED's go into so i was considering just getting a kit.
Only problem is the link on oldholden.com comes up with nothing. Does anyone know where else you can get these kits now? Every time i search it comes up with lighting kits for little ricer cars-nothing that can be adapted to what i want to use them for.
EKKOOL im looking in your direction

Go to the supplier section of the forum and look for classic globes in Badelaid( Adelaide) and give him a call. If he hasn't got it he can give you a lead on where to get it. He is also doing up a EK ute so he is Old Holden frendly!!!
