wow thanks for the comments really appreciated. This car was brought by my dad in the early 80's,it was diven down from mildura and done a timing gear in bacchus marsh and for some reason ended up at a panel beaters workshop where at the time my dad was restoring a fc wagon was getting work done to it to cut along story short he ended up buying it and basically giving it a respray and getting it back on the road, this was used as our family car, everyday driver untill the the mid 90's,this was untill dad gave it to me was to be my first car but me being young wanted a v8 and something that stoped and steered,so a complete pull down of the car was done, installed hadfield chassies, rack and pinion stearing,a 307 chev and a respray in wedge wood blue but was never put back together and put on the road.In the mean time i had restored and painted numerious cars for other people, in 2007 after coming across this site i got the motivation and said my self "its getting done" so the process began phoned the engineer and all the laws had changed since i stared the build and to be honest they stuffed me around so out came all the gear i had put in,brought another 2 cars as parts and the rebuild began, thank goodness for those spare cars as getting it back to original state was very difficault, after all those years of getting rid off all those original parts but anyway this is what i have come up with a semi original looking ek wagon except for the auto and interia who i owe a big thank you to one of my good mates and i believe one of the best in the industry "Deluxe motor trimming" for an absolute fantastic job so any way thats just a one of the story i have about this car it is now back in my dads hands with the original number plates HOM 549 which i had to buy back as personalised number plates, you will see this car at bendigo i hope, i will also put some more photos up, thanks again to all of those that put there photos up as it has helped me and inspired me to keep going on this build, it is very satisfieing to see it on the road now.

Hi Nash...,
13 years may seem to be some considerable time - but in another 13 and beyond, your enjoyment will be well rewarded....
Lovely looking bus..... very nicely performed....
and -
don't ever find yourself hesitant to post or ask here - the forum is a collective - not a collection.....
