had a play with that road and it is exactly 80 km's shorter.
The main group may choose to go that way, and we will probably on return, but on the way up we have to run to Coffs - I have relatives I haven't seen for twenty years and this may very well be the last chance we get............

We'll be in touch for more on the clouds creek road when we get closer - it will take an hour out of the trip..............

10 min stops at Tocumwal, Narranderra, Parkes and Dubbo
50 minute lunch @ West Wyalong
Puts us in Coonabarabran @ 18:35

Day 2
Depart Coonabarabran 07:00
30 min at Tamworth
15 min at Armidale
1 hour at Coffs Harbour late lunch - arrive 13:30
Arrive Yamba 16:15

Update on two day run -
At the recent meeting of the FB/EK Holden CC of Vic, total expressions of interest for this run was three - the main "force" will be taking the "holiday" route and traveling up in three........ departing Wednesday.

After discussion with intending two day trip Canon-ballers, consensus has now moved to make own arrangements.

From our position, we will depart either Tues or Weds and still make the two day run, but stay in Coffs Harbour for one or two days to visit relatives.

Please consult the main "party" if you intend to make the run and require information................
