Everything is fixable.
But from what I see in your photo's I'd start with something better unless it has sentimental value to you.

Hi Guys, Iam going to attempt to weld up the rust in the FB next week. Iam thinking that i will buy some replacement sills, and new lower rear quaters or whatever they are called. Can anyone give me any tips on welding them in? I have a mig welder, and am semi decent at operating it

Weld bit by bit and keep a wet rag handy. Too much heat and you will get alot of warpage....

is rares the only source of rust repair sections in WA? Im looking for outer sills, and lower 1/4's. Also does anyone know if just the curved profile of the rear of outer sills is available on its own/ enought to go 30cm from the rear wheel towards the front of the car, because thats all i need:)
