Came home after work and my panel beater had bought it just because he needed a tail gate.......drove it up to my place and gave it to us to keep
Fully rebuilt/worked 186, high stall,tuff trimatic, welded diff, V8 radiator, Quiucksilver Shifter etc. all for free
That's where I stole the Yella Terra head/350/manifold etc. for the wagon.
Ute still has electronic ignition, winged sump X oil pump, electric fuel pump etc that I haven't swapped yet
had another good look at it last night.....would appear they have clearanced the notch in the carb body to drop the boosters further down the venturi bore.
They ARE large
Might explain why it was a pig off idle and rather erratic/rough when running.
