hi there
good news sprayed the engine bay and putting things back together
manifold, norman bolted on ,carbs bolted on
and bonnet went on tonight and the carbs mis the inside of the bonnet by 20mm
i thought that it would be close but i didnt know how close

just when i was getting sick to death of rat rods with painted steelies.
Your FJ looks awesome, under the bonnet will look even better with a norman bolted to the grey!

loving that engine bay, old GMH sticker and the old school spark leads make it seem like it's a photo from the 50's or 60's!

you can try with the bonnet
luckly the holden with the biggest bonnet the fji mean
have you fixed the norman problem ?
do you have to make new brakets to hold the norman ?

spent a bit of time at the shed tonight :x

tryed a few different ways to keep it low but its not going to happen
so plan is now throw all the work i have done out the window and start over :(

looking at making a new manifold and mounting it on the intake side of the engine again trying to keep it as low is i can
still not sure on carbys yet a throttle body and injectors could keep it a lot lower :D :D

will post more pics as progress happens

norman update
alt bracket made and lines for vac are done ordered belt for gilmer set up
harmonic balancer pulley on and alt bolted on
now to linkages and thermo set up
i have put a photo of the door set up
the fj is called "chantilly lace"
