The guy doing that for you is a bit of a legend, the work looks very professional.

What colour are you thinking for this Blacky ?

John has done the fabrication work on some pretty well known cars - Mercules and XBoss. He also built a Falcon coupe for Danny Green the boxer

Thinking a metallic blue with a white pearl roof and flash at this stage

Its looking great Blacky

If I had any criticism at all it would only be the chev look in the rear guards, my preference only of course stock is what i would like.

I think the proportions overall are spot on, great loooking build.

The reason I put that in was to break up the line that runs from front to rear , one of the pics of Greg Wiltons car that I remember seeing in a magazine I thought to myself "that thing looks spot on but the hipline needs to have something in it "

Understand that different strokes for different folks - in fact when they were first installed at a shop in Perth where John was working the owner of the shop told John to cut them back out as he didn't like them. When I got sent some pics and they weren't there I asked why and was told "Bruno didn't like them so I had to take them out" I loaded the trailer and drove from Kalgoorlie to Perth and picked the car up that weekend. It sat for years after that until John started his own shop as he didn't want to work on it behind Bruno's back so to speak and I didn't want anyone else doing the work. Same with the doors - Mick always bangs on that my doors are too long but I don't care, they are right in my eyes.

funny you think Greg Wiltons is spot on

but it's yours and as long as you're happy that's all that matters, it does look better TO ME  with the lower roof though

A lot of thought and fiddle farting gone into this part of the build - window has to go back , then down, then down more in the front than the back
