Helenor
I'll second that Gaz, there are so many sets of mags out there that don't suit the FB/EK and the ones that do are hard to get with the rite off set so you can lower them enough
.
So to use the steelies you can put caps on them if you want, Trev

Bullets do look good, but after seeing them 500 times at the same show it just looks boring

mmm yeah i don't recommend it-its just one part of the car that won't really stand out from the rest of the pack. i reckon those 5 spoke (simmons?) wheels looked the goods anyway

Thanks for doing the pick EKJimmy.
Yeah I might have a rethink on the wheels, with the colour I think it would be better to have something Chrome or polished.

Re: Helenor
No worries mate.
You seem to like the idea of more modern styles, so maybe some 16 or 17" wheels with low profile tyres-sort of the style that Andrew (Austmod) has on his FB-i reckon his wheels suit the car perfectly.

I think the black steelies look good. When I was 19 and knocking about steelies and lowering is all we did with the old holdens as it was the cheapest way!! wasnt sure that look really went out of fashion if thats how you could put it!!
