I'd be keen on one of those genni sets if your looking to sell - shoot me a PM with price - I'm sure it is fair.
Thanks Wally.
Re the kits I'm not selling any, just thought about those that are having trouble finding them. I'll post details when I find the bloody receipt. Cheers.

You'll get there mate. There's never ever enough time.
Hope its nothing serious with the roadster.
Thanks Greg, yep it was hard but the good wife kept me on track..................I slipped with the engine though.
Either way we needed to leave it till after we do the Nullarbor...........would have been a waste of time and money doing it before then.
As for the roadster it's just little things, but what's the hard bit is waiting on parts..... Currently it's broken two front brake drum springs. It's got me stumped. One was fatigue but the one I replaced it with failed for no real reason....
The joy of old cars!
Speed and Style........... One day I'll get the speed bit.
Getting close, still got interior bits and pieces to do. Went for a few squirts around the block and it looks like I've got the same clutch problem I had with the FB. May have to pull the engine. Bugger. Anyway she got a tub....first for few years!
G'day Wally. When at rest with the engine running theres a slight ticking/rubbing noise in the bellhousing. Usually only when the car is pointing up hill. Put the foot on the clutch and it goes. These new "upgrade clutches" have a different housing cover and have lugs that hang out on the pressure plate straps. All it takes is a little end float on the crank and the whole assembly floats backwards and rubs on the gearbox housing at any high point. My FB is at the limit with end float .008" and it was bad. Had to pull it and grind down all the high spots and dress back the edges on the pressure plate lugs. Go a standard one if you can get it.
Well done Craig! Good times. I remember when we got the wagon on the road there was a ticking noise and we thought was coming from the clutch / gearbox. Luckily it turned out to be the fan was flexing.
The old ute is looking good Craig, and the vid was well done - especially "beer o'clock"
Can I gather the aftermarket one you used is the later 8.6" diameter set
Cheers

Thanks Craig - and Dave - my motor is juts about done and should get gearbox back next week and new clutch is on the list of must do's while it's apart.
