Thanks guys , hows this look for going full circle on colour .
Image

I have no boundaries with FB or EK as its only the enthusiasts who pick the differences , they are both the same car if you ask me :)
So although the FB side flash works Im not sold on it yet .
Maybe varying/changing the shape of the curved front part of the flash , it will be airbrushed so anythings possible...

Anyone care to have a go ? :)

Top pick with white FB flash does it for me and looks right.

Bottom pick is good too, its just that I love the flashes on FB's .

Grumblebum has just had a look as well and also loves the FB flash pic.

That top pick and the colour combo is how I'd imagine GMH would have done it had they ever made a factory pillarless two door.

Two votes here for the FB flash 8) 8) 8)
I can't think what to write here so this will do.

Both look nice, but agree with the others the flash looks spot on. You really nailed the proportions on this coupe Harko, well done

Yup i reckon the FB flash is the way to go, it looks too plain without it. Makes the car look longer too, without making the roof look too long.

Another 'with FB flash' vote for me too Harko
otherwise it just looks like a plain jane EK :(

A really well proportioned chopped two door EK though :D
but a plain jane EK none the less.

My 11 year old daughter has just had a look and also votes for the colour combo with FB flash adding " thats a nice car Dad ".

Another vote for FB flash there.
I can't think what to write here so this will do.

Hey Harko
Car's coming along nicely.
IMHO, you will do the modifications an injustice by going with stock FB flash. How about a modified version. Run it off the hip line in the rear door. This combined with the chopped roof and no pillar will make the car look longer, if that's what your after.
I have always wondered why I haven't seen this done before?

How about keep the EK chrome and add some FB as per previous suggestion.
A flip of the colours and you have something different again.

You could also take the white through to include the bonnet and roof also, for another option.

Love the look of the first option with the shortened FB flash. Changes the look from a standard FB flash look on such a customised vehicle.
