Spent the last couple 'o' day's (between work& rain :x ) polishing & painting the finned alloy rocker cover I've had 8) ...all I have to do now is clean up the engine bay and get it ready for paint (I'll do it when I remove the front guards for small rust repair this weekend)...

Thought I'd start the New Year off with getting to work on the sedan. :D
So it was off with the guards bumper grill etc and get stuck into the much needed rust repair..I was happily surprised to find less rust than I had anticipated & much more steel to work off (especially the drivers side sill) thought I was up for more work than I actually need to do :D  .
Just stripped the car down today and started to clean up the spots ready for cutting & welding.

can't wait to see this when it's done, are you still gonna do the web grille?
Hopefully mine will look like that soon (panels off for repairs and paint)
What an exciting year! lol

Dunno if it's a weird fascination or not but I love seeing pics of old farm sheds and old farm houses etc :? :? :?   .

They just oooze history and stories of other times held within their walls.

And nothing better than looking at pics of old "barn stored" cars hidden in old farm sheds 8) 8) 8)

Should start a new thread on old sheds and their cars 'eh :?:
