Sweeeet Mick, I like the stretched rear it's a relly cool mod but still keeps the essence of the original styling. 8) 8)

PS. I think the angle of the shot is better in the second set of pics

old redline bmx

Post by Mick Jagger »

Decided to do-up my old bmx ,Ive had it since 89 ,I used to look at it in the shop(this exact bike) when I was 14 and nearly piss my pants,I could never have it it was $1400 NZD until a spoilt mate of mine got it and got sick of it 6 months later then sold it to me for $700,I had to paint the house!
Rode it in the 90s for a while and did awesome tricks, endos ,pogos framewhips, heaps ,,halfpipes too.
Moved to this great country in 92ish sold it to a friend for $350(bad move)
went to a party 3 years later ,there it was re-painted flat tyres n all
"How much for the bike " i said
They said $50 ,I said $25 ,The deal was done, once again it was mine .
Its been sitting in the garden shed for ages getting rusty dug it out and have given it a respray(new $70 decals) all it needs is the clear but Im happy .
Its going to hang in the house

Sorry it has nothing to do with the EK, but it does aas the steel it was hanging on in primer is the grill frame so I had to paint the bike first in order to make the grill,Cheers I hope you understand

Completely understand the rebuilding of a bike, i just got done rebuilding my 2004 Thumpstar mini dirt bike, only to seize the motor today two days after i got it done

I guess someones telling me to spend more time on the cars instead of wasting time playing with mini dirtbikes.
