By the time you pay for new pistons, rings, rebore and buy a Yella Terra head and have it cleaned up fit for use, you'd probably have spent more than dave is asking for his motor??

Just a suggestion
I can't think what to write here so this will do.

The only reason for time is so everything dosen't happen at once.

202 head has same combustion chamber volume as 179/186 head.

Compression ratio will be variable as the head may have been shaved at some time in its history ( very likely with a Yella Terror head ) which will raise the ratio from that of a standard spec head.

Only way to exactly determine comp ratio is to have the head chamber volume CC'd.
I can't think what to write here so this will do.

Hey Rick,
I got a 202 yella terra head thats been converted for 186(Valve guides plates) I'll chuck it in with Matts(SCK) Hotrod project that i'll be storing for a couple of weeks. A bottle shop voucher and its all yours! Will need to be cleaned up and needs rockers. I've never used it and don't know its history.
Cheers Theo Z........................
