Holden FB Panel Van Colleen Green

Post by Aussie Bob »

Here is Wayne's original Colleen Green Van (What's left of the Colleen)

The rust is a smooth surface rust as the Van had been in Dubbo nearly all of it's life. At a Ridding School I am told.

The Van was ordered new with windows and Rear seat (As the original purchaser did not want a wagon) as he used the van for moving hay etc.

Its got an EH cast iron inlet manifold and "walking stick' breather so possibly is a 149 or 179 HP red motor??.
I can't think what to write here so this will do.

Well worth restoring that one and probably a unique example of an early modification of that type.

Wonder if it was a factory ordered "special " modification or done post new car sale by a dealer/coach builder or the like??
I can't think what to write here so this will do.
