The Beast had it's first Wedding today, here are some pics at home dressed up and at the Darwin Trailer Boat Club Boat ramp with Greg's HT Bathurst 350 Munro and Pete's Gen' Walky (both Classic Holden Club Members).

Thanks guys!
Yeh Andy the Bride was in the Beast (by choice) and your right Thommo she wasn't late (well we timed it to be "fashionably late" by going for a cruise   )
Harko, I don't think we could do anything to make the Commodore "fit in"    .

Thanks Mick, I feel the same ..........

No probs, the front guards have 20 x 20 mm rhs welded inside behind the chrome trim, I rolled it 20mm before fitting, this has "pumped" the guard subtly and given the additional clearance required to drop it so low.

Here is a pic when I did a trial run on an old guard to see if it would work:

Ya gotta love the beach "sunset" photo. it's a classic 8) .
I have to agree with Harko about the "Walking stick Commodore". , it just does'nt look right in the photo. I'm afraid I just don't "get" commodores...maybe I'm just showing my age...but all the models in the Commodore range don't do anything exciting to me at all ? :?

Gary, my boss has a VE GTS thats been supercharged........I tell ya, it definately aint lame

Funny how the Walkinshaw's had dropped to about 25 grand about 10 years back. Now you see them nudging the 100 grand mark.

Same with the Brock cars. A mate sold his VK Group 3 about 5 years back for 17 grand. The same car sold a few months back for 65 grand
