Which guard bolts do you mean Fat?
In general , most body bolt on parts used bolts that were UNF thread with the occasional UNC thread here and there.
I can't think what to write here so this will do.

1/4 UNF, fat
3/4 long
Flat washers have an outer diameter
of 3/4 to spread the load if your using
a rubber strip between the gaurds & Y frames.

what is is yuor doing fat iv run stainless dome head allen key bolts on every part problem i had was i couldnt find to many imperial threads so i had to tap them all out to a metric size
