hi everyone!

on an old 2006 ACT rego cert i have, it says that hollys manufacture date was Jan 61. Does that mean that she was one of the first ek's to come out off the line prior to release in may 61.

Mmmmmmmmmmmm maybe??

Maybe not :? :? :?

The monosyllabic robots at the RTA counter aren't able to date a vintage caravan on the rego label unless it was made around 1980 or so upwards.

All vintage caravans registered have a manufacture date of 1900 according to the rego labels

My dads box trailer was bought brand new in 1969 but has a manufacture date on the rego label as 1988

So Bev your EK may have been just written as a Jan 1961 manufacture out of laziness or computer impotence.

Or it may well be a 1/1961 built car.

Some details on the body plate, engine number perhaps or boot mat if its still there may help to identify the manufacture date.
I can't think what to write here so this will do.

Bev, I wouldn't trust the Rego sticker, they would put down what they were given. If they were given 1964 that what it would show, especially if it was deregistered at some stage.
