Whatever it is - and the HT lead remover is most feasible, it must have been a much sort after possession - so much so that they were never seen again - as a complete unit, anyway............. this one has managed to escape and its presence revealed into circulation - but as you can see, only because it is incomplete.......

It's now up to some up and coming entrepreneur to claim patent rights and have this most sought after and desirable device put into mass production.......

Yes, it is an HT lead removing tool, I have 2 of them at work.

I can't remember the last time I used one though.
