Thanks Mick. Might have to look in to it. I’ve seen it on other cars.

Got all the rubber in place ready to flip over and put it on the ute. Image

I added a couple of corner trims in “keep left sign” sheet, formerly my radiator shroud.

Got my mate Simon to help me put the canopy on the ute. Well, the thing is out the way for now. Doesn’t really gel with the boy racer theme. Image

Yeh…… nah!

Glad to see I’m not the only one who has a piece of cardboard handy for the Ute 🤔

Good Friday job. I made up new hold down bolts for the canopy. Image

It had not had a run since I placed the canopy on some time ago, so went for a careful spin around town, not even getting out of second gear.

Started tidying up the aluminium trims and timber with this plastic wheel. Image
I’m actually digging the brushed look. Image

If it’s fine I’ll take if to coffee and cars on Sunday.

I would have thought the cats and dogs weather the prefered test for leaks Clay.

Better make sure shes glued down, especially with the long haul coming up.

It is basically a sieve Greg. Will be in Elle’s sedan again as it is comfier than the ute. The canopy is very much a summer only option.

Backed into a lighting column at the local coffe and cars last Sunday and put a fair dent in the spare wheel door.

Bugger. Not the easiest part to find  :!: :(

Is it repairable at home?

Cheers,
