Well yesterday has come and gone and I did nothing to the rattler 😩 a mate had an electrical problem at his house so I spent the morning sorting that out and a steady stream of visitors in the afternoon meant the shed preparations for today’s spanner day still haven’t been sorted
I started with nothing and still have most of it left.

Got the wiring all soldered back together tonight , hopefully a test flight tomorrow after work - need to mount the computer and put the wiring back where it should be and I should probably put the doors on .........

Just got back - a fairly successful trip , I guess the fact it got back under its own steam is a win if nothing else ImageImage
Not running the best, can’t really give it much stick without it backfiring- it actually blew the air intake off
Indicators don’t self cancel, it jumps out of 3rd when you back off which isn’t ideal seeing as it’s a reconditioned gearbox.

Good points - it drives nice , it didn’t get hot , nothing fell off and it got me home. You can feel it wants to go it just needs the tune sorted out.

Jobs -
Bigger fan
Fix indicators
Maybe a resonator- it’s LOUD
