Haven’t had much time lately but started fitting the alloy radiator to the chassis, bought it 2 months ago from eBay.
I sat it in the chassis and couldn’t figure out what was wrong.
Got the tape measure out and a straight edge

The core is bowed as you can see and it’s out of square by about 20mm
Contacted the seller and to start with they tried to say “how do we know you didn’t damage it” I wasn’t happy
