ive had dramas with a few neighbours over the years ,renting was fun.....

You probable dont what to get offside with the neighbours ----- BUT----- In Lake Macquarie (Newcastle) you can make noise ie: work on your car 7.30am till 8.30pm-----BEEN THERE DONE THAT

that's why i said ask council i kinda had issues once and that's what i was told, i forget the hours but yes could pretty much do as i pleased wasn't suposed to spray paint or make extreme excessive noise and as long as it was on my own stuff (not doing it as a buisness or for payment) it was fine
then as alot of you may have seen i don't take sh!t to well previously would work on cars on the opposite side of the house from the complaining neighbour but not after that the car would be moved to there side of the yard especially if there was any hammering or grinding involved

ths is not the wanker over the back now,he has someone just like me who has moved in next door to him now ,you know. The type of person who likes to live ,and achieve things.
So his attention is elsewhere and I'm realy enjoying that hehehe.
This was my next door neighbour ,she had a spit over nothing and yelled a few profanities over the fence ,I actualy get along well with these and was surprised so I wnt right over and fronted her, and she let it rip.
I then saw her husband out the front the following day and I was expecting an apology but instead he let me know I've done this and I've done that in my backyard ,and in my house.
Pretty much layinng out all his cards he can play .
It took me back a.bit ,very dirty tactics to play for no reason I thought.
And this is the reason I don't let people under my guard too often.

So I do need to have compliance with the coucil I know and I'll chase it up but the coucilor who came out pretty much said its at his discretion and I have only ever worked within the council hours already.
The whole lots a crock of shite.....and very frustrating.

yup , Harko snr. was the go to man for louvres I remember that - Harko JUST beat me to buying that FC , it was a cool car and didn't really need all that much done to it - AFAIK he pulled it to bits and its never seen the light of day since , and that was YEARS ago ..........
