I have never had them either , SunnyTim or Rustysdungers would be the ones to ask .....
I started with nothing and still have most of it left.

They are a bit awkward wherever you mount them - sit in the seat and see what feels best is what I did ImageImage

Hi Clay, that position looks about the same as this pic of an EK I found ... Patrick

Thanks all. I note the NASCO instructions put the handle roughly over the door opener spindle.

Got another 3 day permit its about the cost of a carton of stout and nearly as much fun. I'm planning to take it in Thursday morning for identity check. So went for a drive down to Myponga, the next town to call in on my mate but he wasn't home. Oh well. Speedo nudged 90 on the way down Willunga Hill coming home. A few commodore and tarago drivers with mouths open when I passed them. The engine braking is pretty good with the 3.89 different so compression can't be too bad. Horn only works off centre so wheel has to come off again. Maybe the contact ring needs a clean. I have to get it working before I take it in.Image

Yeah yeah? It's our ute too. We've all been on this incredible build together😄. Good on ya Clay- it looks an absolute credit to you after all that work. Surfboard racks?

Not often I disagree with Tim, but I reckon blue wheels will be too much blue. Chrome or shiny jellybeans for me. I've got them ready for Project 2.
