Thanks LP. I have a full day with the Kitten Cut No-2 & she should be good as new!

Oh, as in another thread, I do need a fuel tank.

Hey Steve,

Pardon my ignorance, i haven't been into these cars all that long but am noticing a few things more now that i am putting mine back together.

Did standard wagons come out with the painted rear tail lights and dash or was that done by the previous owner? I also notice there is no chrome on the roof gutter above the doors, was that also standard?

You don't see too many standards on here, everyone goes for those common deluxe model's, ha ha ha

Hi Craig, thanks! I was with the car all day waxing away :D Had Ratbox on the phone for an hour talkig what else

Hey Terry, find anything lately? Thanks Mate, I will post some picks when it's all cleaned up.

Thanks so much Mephios. I have to watch the EK numbers, they are creeping up!!!

LP, a fair few standards left the dealer yards JAZZED up, added accessories, extra chrome, etc. The factory rollouts were with painted tail lights & headlight surrounds, one small front guard mould, plain trim, painted dash, no chrome roof gutter on the Wag.

This wagon has one Galvanized Rear tail light & the paint is flaking. It's the second one I have had with one in Gal.

I have always loved Standards. That's why I like the Ute's & Van's as well. I only have one Special in the fleet.

Nah Steve, haven't found anything since you last saw the collection a few weeks back.

I'm concentrating on getting the Seagull/Dartford grey FB sedan ready on road for Yamba.Nothing special, just a low budget original old one complete with all its faded, chalky paint and 47 years worth of dents and scratches .Ratty, tatty, but at least I'll have one finally to drive on road.   .

Terry.

Hi Terry, good for you, hope it's all ready to roll come Yamba. You will have to call in if you come via Armidale.

Matty, the door trims are standard for standards :D Thanks for the thumbs up! Wagons Rule!!!
