Hey Nomad
Does your master cylinder have 4 pipe positions 2 at the back and 2 at the front if so mate what were the fitting sizes as Im sure yours is almost identical to the one Im going to use and I assume that you blanked one of the back ports as you only need one going to the back?

Hey Neil,
yeah mate i have an XB Falcon Master, the front brakes (rear of the master cylinder) has 2 ports, one at the side and one on the bottom off memory... and the rears (front of the master cylinder) has 2 also... then there's also the port for a brake pressure switch.
i have one brake line from each going to an adjustable proportioning valve, and then one of each blanked off, and the brake pressure switch blanked off since its redundant.
The brake fittings are 3/8" UNF (24 TPI off memory), and as for the blanks i was advised to flare a bit of pipe and use a brake nut, then cut the pipe off flush with the nut and braze it so you don't get any thread leakage and it can lock down tight.
hope that helps mate
Cheers

The XA/B/C masters are 3/8-24 UNF, with the long (deep) flare nuts. They are also a funky ball flare (not the normal GMH double flare).

Well everything's full steam ahead on trying to get some plates on the car... off to the engineer on Friday fingers crossed everything's good.
However i did get my Dyno reading and tune that's required... can't recommend Brendan at HBS in Byford enough.
the numbers for those interested... ignore the right column, the red line was the off the trailer at 120, the blue was the 4th pass off memory after a few tweaks here and there
Cheers
