engineer sunny coast

Hi all just chasing an engineer around sunny coast, if anyone can recommend one would be great, im doing extensive mods to driveline, chassis and suspension, so anyone who can pass these kind off.,

Welcome to the forum mate, there is plenty of build threads on here that cover most engine swaps, what are your plans ?
I started with nothing and still have most of it left.

Hey mate, plans are sr20, c4 gearbox, vn diff, disc brakes all round and plenty of custom metal works

Well I am pretty sure that hasn't been done on here before, hopefully one of the guys local to you will chime in with a name of an engineer for you. What cubic capacity is an SR20 ????

The problem with an SR20 motor is that it produces its max power at over 6,000 rpm. Also unless you get the SR20DET you will be short on torque.

The solution is usually to use a low diff ratio (4.11 or similar), but you then need an overdrive type gearbox, so it remains drivable on highways.

When you say C4 gearbox, do you mean the Fraud 3-sp auto usually seen behind 302 V8s, or is there another type of C4, I've not heard of ?
