Grey motor performance parts
I'm new to this forum and thought members might be interested in some of the products and services our business, Galloway Engines in WA has to offer. We specialise in all aspects of engine machining for all makes and models but thought I would share some of the performance grey motor Holden work we do. We also do a unique roller rocker conversion and a lot of standard grey motor parts. If any member needs advice on anything grey motor or any other engine we would be more than happy to help.
Happy motoring

Cool.stuff.
Re: Grey motor performance parts
This is cool stuff, do you make 3 3/16th pistons and rings?
What about alloy/hollow pushrods?
I have not seen the billet main caps like that. I have a main stud girdle for mine, but it would be less work with the differnt caps as I still have to modify my sump.

We can make the pistons in any bore size required and almost any compression ratio with a few slight modifications. The roller rocker conversion we do has a unique oiling system with hollow pushrods, I will post some photos in the next week or so when I have one all together.
Re: Grey motor performance parts
Sounds good. Does the kit for under a standard rocker cover?

Re: Grey motor performance parts
Any progress with the roller rocker kit? Are you able to show us the push rods you guys use?

Re: Grey motor performance parts
Hi grey lovers. He are some long awaited photos of the grey roller rocker setup and other custom work we have completed on this historic race engine, our steel main caps & extensively modified oil pump including adjustable pressure relief.
Our cylinder head department did a great job on the head, it now flows 125cfm. With our rocker setup and our custom spec cam we will have .540" lift! Insane for a grey. Can't wait to here it fire in anger.
Any questions just let me know.
Long live the grey! DG.

Cylinder head before assembly.
As for power, well we will have to wait and see. Our aim with this engine was to make it better than the last. I am confident we have achieved our goal.
