Shear Bolts + gear level lock

Hi guys,

By chance would anyone know where you could get shear bolts to suit a EJ/EH gear lever lock (i think the bolt size is different to EK?). I know you can get them on Ebay, but it works out to more than $15 each with shipping....so i thought i would try to find a cheaper alternative.

Also, a long shot i know, does anyone happen to have a scan or image of the fitting instructions? EJ/EH would be great, but would also find the EK instructions useful.
