Superb work mate.

I must say I am glad that I'm not the one who has to grind down all the existing/future welds

No way Harko!..... How bout Mick in a mankini? He can hold the grinder, you the camera

I'm still in two minds on what to do about diff ratios, motor and box. I'm thinking of using tall gears in the diff with a 700 box for the over-drive so it has a little poke off the line and holds lower revs on the open stuff. And I need to buy all this stuff soon. Can anyone one recommend a good builder?

Got some stuff to coat the floor etc a few weeks back. Cheers Wurth!

I have a mankini too
my mate that had an EH ute with inj5l and turbo 700 had 3.55 diff gears it took off like a scalded cat and still cruised along nicely at 100-110kmh and still got 9-10 litres per 100ks, with the height of yor tyres i'de say you could easily run 3.89 or possably even 4.11 with no drama

I'd go with Micks suggestion. Should work a treat. As for good builder there used to be a guy in Moroopna that had a good rep building engines but I'm buggered if I can remember his name....
