Yeh the appointment thing has been the go for a few years now. At least at Warwick it has been. I repaired an accident damaged Impreza back then and they wre pretty good. Only picked me for rubber pad on the brake pedal missing and two worn tyres on the rear took it back that arvo and it passed with flying colours.
The old boy there said it was the best back yard repair he had seen in years, made me feel proud of my work.
