Very nice  What is the emblem in the middle there? Can't quite make it out, but that's exactly what I would do; drop a little interest onto the bars by using a logo adapted from something else.

Howdy all
Ok so heres a bit of a pictorial update for you.

Engines pretty much done, just gotta chuck on the air filters and finish tuning the Carbies. List of things left are..

-Front seat to go in.
-Doors to be completed (door cards, Interior handles, window winders).
-Side windows and 3/4 windows.
-Finish putting chrome trim on body.
-Obtain and put on stock wheels, paint body colour, and add chrome hubcaps and white wall tyres.
-Front indicators and bumper.

So, not alot left at all... Here's some recent photos, some of when i painted the Dash myself (first time ive done any sort of auto painting, so excuse the ramshackle masking, it looks pretty funny but it worked fine), a few of the engine minus air filters, and a few from today after sorting out the tail end lights/bumper and some of the chrome trim.
a big thanks to Fingers for setting me up with the rear windscreen after my original one exploded!
