I'm putting a turbo 350 or 400 in the ek & want column shift & to use the original steering wheel. Suggestions?

could be difficult as you need the column to be collasible .Can be done

I grafted the top half of an EK column to the bottom half of a VK column , I was you I would look at using EK auto top half and HQ-Z column auto lower ??? The column change can be altered to accept a cable at the firewall so you dont need to bugger about with linkages to the left hand side of the box :thumbsup:

I started with nothing and still have most of it left.

Can it be done in a way so that all I see from the fire wall is the steering shaft??? Or, does anyone have a pic of a Hq column :oops:

No good yet man, I haven't done anything more than seach ebay.. The only one I found went for $250.. Didn't really wanna spend that much just to cut it in half.
