Hey mud, just came by for a look around (keeping an eye out for another ute), I wish I still owned this one :(

I still have the black paint at the shed if you want to know exactly what it was

Cheers
Greg

hey greg...
you never know your luck... if your keen.. let me know
i don't mind the patchwork quilt effect... plus some of the stuff you used is starting to lift... could touch it up.. but i am going for patchwork patina... and i kinda like it ! 8) 8)
have pulled the grey motor out again... found the problem was ex builder lined bored too much...machined the cap to shallow... and was trying to squeeze rear main in... leaving it too proud... then once re assembled.. would spin up... and leak
have mixed a new block... and confidant we have it right this time !

Real interested in this if it works, I'm so used to the grey marking its territory when parked overnight it just seems natural :? Can you keep a few pictures of how you are utilising the teflon spacer mate

Thanks in advance and hope it works

ute is now definitely on the market...
i have put about 1000km's on rebuilt grey.
teflon spacer and 202 rear main seem to have done the job... still 'weaps'.. but acceptable for a grey!
and gearbox has had a kit put through it and linkages adjusted...
sony tuner/ipod unit in glove box with new speakers behind the seat.
temp gauge in glove box
just about to renew rego.. so to vic buyers will come with 12 months reg and will be sold with the plates
also just had the steering wheel done by pearl craft in ruby red ... is very cool 8)
wont need much for roadworthy
offers around $15k...
car near geelong in vic
any questions..call stu on 0417 160 559 or shoot me a pm..
