one mans garbage is another mans treasure
, I see good shit thrown out all the time, sometimes pick it up too, like my excellent samic electric guitar

Hey Andrew, have you considered a VN Fuel tank like in Brett's EK (blacky's old one)?
It's about 60L (almost double the size of the originals), you just have to get rid of your spare wheel well and weld or screw in a plate where the old tank was.
The ass end looks a whole lot better as well because you can't really see the tank, it has two brackets which just bolt up into the floor to hold it in place.
$200 from a wreckers I think.

Let the fun begin....
I am leaving for our factory unit to begin the engine swap. I have roughly 4 weeks to complete it.

Hi guys,
the engine is out!
No major hiccups encountered. Biggest surprise was the fact that almost every fastener on the engine wasn't very tight!
I am planning to do some work on the engine and engine bay over the next week and will hopefully be ready to install the new engine next week.

Speed and Style........... One day I'll get the speed bit.
Re: "(AUST)Mod's Turbo FB"
Looks HD HR HK HT HG to me, I had one on a motor that came out of an EK as-well.
I just recon you might need the engine mounts a little taller to make it work, not that Andrews look any different

Yes I will go for a bigger radiator.
The sump is modified - it has been re-shaped and had a baffle added, but I don't know what it started life as.

Re: "(AUST)Mod's Turbo FB"
Guys,
How should I go about converting my original fuel tank to suit a 1/2" fuel line?
I don't want to remove it from the car if possible.
Cheers
Andrew
