The 25x50 RHS floor supports are welded to the chassis rails and also to the body. Also the floor member where the subframe attaches is also all new RHS, no longer the pressed sheet steel ones. Where the floor member runs up under the trans tunnel, I made that from four pieces of 3mm sheet steel and welded it all together. Probably gone overboardis the front floor supports attached to the chassis rails at all ?

I'm using ray spence, he is one of the enginners prefered by the the local rego boys.
He is a decent bloke and is very approachable. He'll also back up his work, eg a mate of mine had a car engineered by him, took it to rego and the inspectors tried to pick on stuff the engineer had passed. Ray was promptly on the phone, tearing the inspector a new arsehole, and then when that didn't work Ray took the car to rego himself.
He's done majority of ACT enginnered cars from Rods right through to spanky cars(the ones that go doof doof).
I don't know whether he is NSW accredited though?
I'll find his card and post his details.
Cheers Sam
