I've seen the "round jar pump under lid" versions, and believe it or not they are available repro from here:

If I had a personal reccomendation, I say spend your cash at Rogers Motors - Geoff and Andrea Rogers' service was excellent
, and they responded to emails even when Geoff was in a serious medical condition 
(Holden Vintage and Classic did not returned my emails 
).Both companies also do "round jar pump over lid" versions, but unfortunately no "square jar pump over lid" versions which are common on FB/EKs. I checked with Rogers Motors, and they cannot supply individual parts (eg just the vacuum assembly no jar).
I'm not sure that the round jar versions were offered by NASCO for Holdens though... if someone would photocopy some Accelerators for me, I might be able to find out
