and the distraction of the beautiful place we live in

Hi Some progress on the ek wagon ive pulled out the front end and cleaned
it up ready to paint and put new rubbers in ive also finished the rust
in the sub frame and stripped back the engine bay to bare metal
will post some pics later on

ive chosen a color for this wagon its called poppy red
and ive painted one of the rims to test it i like it

Why not do your wheel (steering) two tone (like Bebops) 2/3's red 1/3 white .
That way It'd go with the white walls
Can you come down South and clean up MY engine bay like that?? I don't have the time at the moment.

Mick ive got a couple of more steering wheels
im going to do a light grey one to match the mawson's
grey interia and see what it looks like i do have a
white pearl one i will try and a black one as well
the paint is acrylic last coat is a 70 % clear 30 % paint then
a couple of straight clear coats should polish up well
may change the top of the dash color if needed if its to much red

stewart no not the bunnies mate the raider's are my team
i stripped the wheel using a coarse wire wheel on your favorite tool the grinder
got all the chrome off nicely

Thanks Scotty have some time off work at the moment so getting a bit done
need to get the fb sorted too so im a busy boy maybe you could stay a extra
day or to after or before the nats and do it then
mate you probably would see some rabits
