Do a bit of measuring, they have a 4.5" back space on a 7" rim so the front space will be 2.5" .

Theres a bloke over here running those rims on a ute with a disc brake front end - so they will fit , just depends on what front/rear end you are running.
I started with nothing and still have most of it left.

just stock ek atm prob do front end work down the track when i strip it for a respray
