Colour sounds good and as for power it should move pretty well with the plastic in it. Sounds like it will be a very nice cruiser and major head turner.

Kiid can't believe you haven't heard that term before? Fluffy was another one a few used to use. I personally liked the 308's. The LH I had with one was great! Also helped to have a 4 speed

I had a bloke tell me that you can shorten the control arms to increase guard clearance - might be worth looking into!

I look forward to your front end shortening - it is something I want to do on my yellow beast.

Good work to date, looking forward to more pictures!

I like your humour Alistair. And the thing looks sick with those front runners up under there Kid61 .
Shortening a crossmember is a No No here in the beaurocrat state so I hope you quizzed the engineer 8)

Ive been in a heavy duty accident where the modified car was impounded and gone over with a fine toothed comb ,If they found anything not approved Im sure the verdict would have been changed and I would have gone to gaol .... so its good to be covered aswell , I dare say track width will be measured should the unspeakable ever occur.

But yeah Ratbox I totally agree its something that can slide under the radar and honestly I dont see the problem with narrowing provided its structurally sound , too many doo gooders make the rules huh :|

Trial & error atm.. Just wanna see if it'll work foist... If people can fabricate new font ends I'm sure I'll be able to get approved on a modified one, should it be up to par :)

engineer says sounds ok in theory.
