Body: EK 215-958 S = Sydney Shell 958 Standard sedan, freighted to Brisbane.

Trim Part 1 = 542-956 = Valetta Green .... Plus Paint 585 0250 = Valetta Green

Trim Part 2 = 542-956 = Floral Green & Madison Grey

Chassis = EK 6199 B = Brisbane Chassis plus Brisbane assembled car.

I realise you started this thread back in June 2008. Do you now have all (or some) of the paint code lists to post ? They seem to be something known only to a few and yet something that would be of benefit to all, unlike the trim codes which are in every parts book.

If you do have some or all of the paint code lists can you post them on the forum for all of us to access please ? I did see finny's partial list but thought by now there would be a much bigger amount of information

The more info available on the forum the better - that is why Jimmy has been trying to get anyone with fitting instructions etc to post them, eg the NASCO Stuff.

As far as all the body identification plate and chassis info goes, is there a spreadsheet in progress that we can all see ?

What are the highest and lowest body numbers state by state, shape by shape, derivative etc ?

For the records my ute Body ID Plate info is;

BODY EK2106 - 9112 - S
TRIM 963 - 983
PAINT 585 - 4685
INSERT N/A
TOP N/A

Chassis is a Brisbane assembled vehicle.

Thought I would wait until I could clean off the ID plate and get a good pic.





I called holden all those years ago when I purchased the car. From the numbers they told me that the car was Banff Blue with a Grecian White Flash and the interior was Dragoon? and Jockey Blue. Happy to be corrected though.

You can see from the second photo of the subframe number it has an EK number that has an S suffix indicating that it came off a sydney car.

What is strange is that on its rego papers the S has been mistaken for an 8 and it was registered as a 1958 model.

HI BB, that is a great plate to get as it had a factory paint combination code that we didn't have.
