Nice door trims Gaz...
I was thinking of re-doing my door trim backing boards (the ones I have now have ply but the drivers side front was water affected in storage and the bottom is almost non existent) I'll still keep the the vinyl as these are the ones my lovely departed wife Helen made my wagon and I just won't get rid of them EVER.
What I wanted to know was what is the thickness & what sort of board did you use??
Scotty.

It's 3mm MDF and I found it very good to work with, I used 3mm Masonite (which is the original material used) as the backing for the Black Beast and that work well too but I prefer the MDF and it is only $4 a sheet
Here my trim idea............ EK Special side trim, EK front guard trims cut short and reversed (left to right), FB Special badges with FB stars, FB Special front door top trim shortened and mounted on back door above EK trim, FB Special top guard trim (thanks to Blacky ) shortened and mounted on rear quarter above EK trim.
Thanks guys............ on a mission with this one
Sue has given the poor thing a name (after a few friends were over for drinks last night ) ........ Pearl, yep she is going to call it pearl......... bloody good reason to keep it for myself
Greg, I am sweeping the floor now
120lt of fuel should be handy............just need to polish it up a bit.
Nice job Gaz...
just needs some Tasman's and (this is an idea only ..how about a nice shot of Gunmetal Grey or Metallic Charcoal to fill in between the strips?..to match the Grey interior??)
