exterior door handles

Post by blue ute »

The question was raised - at a pre Australia day BBQ with one or two stubbies onboard & a 30 degree lean on - that you could swap front & rear door handles.
but is there any difference between front & rear exterior EK door handles ??????

mate, just went down and checked my FB door handles. I know it's not an EK... but everything is usually the same on either model.

but the FB door handles are identical on both the front and rear doors.

I dont think that EK door handles are any different to FB ones but i may be wrong.

anywho

mine are the same

Cheers

door handles

I guarantee you that they are the same handle, front or rear, left or right.

The only diffence is that you need a left handed screwdriver to remove the left front arm rest.

if you are talkign about exterior handles, then they are different. the length of the shaft is like 1/2" shorter on the rear than the front. i cant remmeber if they are interchangeable tho......(left/right)
