Picked it up today , is now tucked up in my shed -yay !!!!!
Had a play around and started going through all the bits that came with it - and realised the cowl vent has been sealed up - boo

I have a van in the back yard that has the cowl vent actuator arms etc that are missing- will have to start digging in the seam to see what bastardry has been committed- after the rattler is done of course

Hey Blacky even though my FC was a different shape I can see that you are right, looks like it is all there, the drain tube is there and the bracket piece where the actuator lever is there.
Have it just been bogged in??
