You are quite right Smooth, the people who "judge" the vehicles on the day are the outside vendors who sell anything from espresso coffee out the back of a Kombi to the local SES service. Generally, they would not know one car from the other, so it is a fluke if you actually win anything at all. Most of the time the vendors are busy flogging their products so whatever rego is in eyesight of where they are is their car of the day.

Thanks for the vote of confidence, actually smooth i want the car to look good for my wedding day in may 08, but as I said I set ahd as a benchmark for the trimmer (you gotta be one step ahead).

It was a trick that a few people advised we used with the wedding dress to make sure it will be ready on time, so I thought I sounded like a good idea. Well I pray this sly plan works otherwise id be there in an ek that I’m toying with and trust me at the moment she ain’t pretty.

Once again smooth, frank is one hot wagon, and I’m waiting to see it in flesh/metal at all holden day.

If you remind me earlier I will also bring the photo copies of the fitting instructions that I promised you before I swapped offices, they should be here in a box somewhere...

Maybe we can buy an ice cream each, sit by the cars and trade war stories of blood shed and stress caused by the fun in ownership of the First Beautiful holden made.

Cheers to you smooth, and take care of frank, he, may be old, but that’s no excuse to put her into retirement.
